For over a decade, I’ve reported for radio, online, and print media on the environment and science, in both German and English. My experience as a journalist and science writer has given me a solid foundation for my storytelling and podcasting work. I am the co-creator of Life in the Soil, the podcast on soil ecology, and the creator of the Plastisphere podcast on plastics, people, and the planet. A cultural scientist by training, I’ve also completed the Knight Science Journalism Fellowship Program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
